How to make
Crumble the feta cheese in a bowl, melt the butter. Take 1 phyllo pastry sheet, sprinkle it with melted butter and feta.
Ruffle up the sheet like an accordion. Wrap it into a rose, without pressing. Repeat for the rest of the sheets.
Arrange the phyllo pastries in a generously oiled tray. Sprinkle with the remaining butter and bake at 360°F (180 °C) to a golden color.
If you'd like your phyllo pastries crunchy, don't sprinkle with water and don't cover with a towel!
