How to make
Dissolve the yeast in cool water, add the sugar and leave it to bubble. Make a well in the pre-sifted flour, add the yeast, salt and yoghurt. Knead a soft dough.
Smear the dough with oil, cover it and leave it to rise for 1 hour or until doubled in volume. Roll it out into a thin sheet and divide it up into 21 thin strips.
Cut each Vienna sausage into 3 lengthwise. Wrap each Vienna sausage piece in a doughy strip and place them in a pre-greased tray.
Bake until ready.
