How to make
Salt the chicken legs and sprinkle them with black pepper.
Chop the mushrooms coarsely and arrange them along the bottom of an oven dish.
Place the chicken legs on top and smear them generously with mayonnaise and a little mustard.
Bake at 340°F (170 °C).
