How to make
Soak the beans overnight in cold water. Drain it the next morning, pour it into a pot, pour cold spring water over it and boil on low heat for 30 min.
Add the finely chopped onion head, the peeled and chopped into pieces carrot, the cut into strips pepper and the grated tomato. Add in the oil, salt, paprika and leave to cook until ready.
Once it is, add the chopped leaves of fresh spearmint and a spoon of fresh beans.
Serve the tasty country-style dish with a seasonal salad.
