How to make
Cut the pork into small pieces. Cut the peppers, carrot and onions into strips. Pour oil in a pan to heat up.
Once the oil has heated up, add the pork. Season with the BBQ spices.
Stir the pork periodically. Once it's nearly ready, add the soy sauce and honey.
Stir briefly and once it's fully ready, take it out of the pan. In the same sauce, add the chopped vegetables.
Stir them periodically as well. Braise until the veggies soften. Once they're ready too, take off the stove.
Add the cooked veggies to the meat. Serve warm.
