How to make
Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the sour cream. Beat the whites to snow with a pinch of salt, then add the yolks to them. Sift the flour with baking powder and add them to the mixture.
Stir carefully and divide the mixture into 3 parts. To each, add the corresponding ingredients - chutney to 1, spinach to the next and grated cheese to the 3rd. Lay out your oven dish with baking paper. Pour the 3 mixtures into 3 different pastry bags. Start pouring in from each of the mixtures, alternating them. Bake the layer at 360°F (180 °C) about 20 min.
Take it out of the oven and wrap it into a roll. Leave it to cool. In a bowl, mix the sour cream, yoghurt and cream cheese. Add the chopped parsley and a little salt. Stir well. Unwrap the roll and smear it with cream (leave a little to smear at the end). Sprinkle with diced ham.
Cut the layer into 4-5 strips. Wrap the 1st into a roll and put it in a plate. Then wrap the 2nd around the 1st. Repeat with the other strips. Smear on the remaining cream and leave in the fridge to harden. Then decorate as desired.
You can improvise with the cream and ingredients for the filling. You can sprinkle a strip with ham, then place roasted red peppers on another and add olives, pickles, corn etc. Improvise with the decoration as well.
