How to make
Chop the peppers in a bowl, remove only the stems.
Remove the stalks from the parsley and dill, add them to the chopped peppers.
Add the chopped green garlic and old garlic as well. Pour in the oil, olive oil and blend.
Mash the feta cheese with a fork, add it to the mixture and blend again.
Salt to taste and stir.
Serve it on toasted bread or as a garnish to roast meats.
Optionally, you can decorate with cherry tomatoes!
