How to make
Peel the potatoes, wash them and dice them finely. Chop the onions into coarse pieces, the carrots and celery into small cubes.
In a large pot, put the deboned carp meat, potatoes, carrots, onions, bay leaves, salt and pour the water over them. Boil about 30-40 min. on a moderate stove.
Add the vermicelli and the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes. Boil another 10 min.
Toward the end, remove from the stove, add the butter and cayenne pepper, finely chopped parsley and fresh lovage, chopped garlic clove, salt and black pepper to taste and serve decorated with lemon slices.
