How to make
Cut the meat into pieces. Put a deep pot on the stove, chop up the lard and add it in.
Leave it to melt a little from the heat, then add the pork pieces. Braise until golden, stirring periodically.
Chop the cabbage, add it to the meat in the pot and stir. Braise briefly, add the olive oil, spices and pour in the broth.
Cover with a lid and turn the stove down. Saute until the cabbage and meat are ready.
