How to make
Beat 6 yolks with the sugar in a bowl using a mixer. Grate the chocolate. Add it to the beaten mixture. To the mixture, add the finely chopped unpeeled almonds.
Drain the juice of 1/2 a lemon. Add it as well. Throw in the breadcrumbs and stir everything well once again.
In a separate bowl, beat the whites to snow. Carefully add them to the other ingredients and stir with a spoon.
Butter a round cake form and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the mixture, smooth it out. Bake at a moderate heat.
In a suitable container on a moderate stove, pour the juice of the orange and lemon, the crumbled into pieces chocolate and the sugar.
Stir until you get a smooth cream. Smear it on the cake using a spatula.
