"If want something sweet, but want to stay fit, prepare this keto cake"

Ingredients

  • eggs - 4 pcs.
  • erythritol - 1.8 oz (50 g)
  • almond flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • hazelnut flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • coconut flour - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • lard - 3.2 oz (90 g)
  • warm water - 4 tbsp (60 ml)
  • ceylon cinnamon - 2 tsp (10 g)
  • orange essential oil - 3 drops

How to make

Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

Beat the egg whites along with the erythritol.

Then put the flour in a bowl, along with the warm water and essential oil.

Mix well and add the yolks and lard.

Stir again and add the beaten egg whites.

Stir gently and transfer the mixture into a 12/6″ (30/15 cm) baking pan.

Before you pour the mixture, put baking paper or grease the pan with a little fat.

Bake it on medium heat in a preheated oven at 360°F (180°C) until it's fully baked.

The keto cake takes about 20-25 minutes to bake.

Remove the baking pan from the oven and leave the keto dessert to cool completely.

Then cut the keto cake into equal parts.
