How to make
Chop the meat, boil it for about 15 min. After you drain it from the liquid, saute in a little oil.
Once you see it start to change color, immediately add in the chopped onions and mushrooms. Cover with a lid and leave it until the mushrooms soften and the mixture thickens.
Season, stir and remove from the stove. Transfer the dish into 2 clay pots, throw in a processed cheese (1 triangle) into each.
Also add an egg to each pot. Put their lids on and bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven about 15 min. Then leave the dish to cool a bit. Serve with a seasonal salad and toasted bread.
Notes: You can bake the clay pots in a halogen oven if you prefer - on the lower element at 440°F (225 °C) for 15 min.
