Ingredients

  • chili peppers - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • sugar - 1 cup (250 g)
  • salt - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • vinegar - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • water - 2 cups (500 ml)

How to make

Distribute the peppers into jars, put 4 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp salt per jar.
