How to make
Remove the seeds of the tomatoes, grind them and put the tomato mash on the stove.
Once half of it boils off, add the vinegar, citric acid, sugar and a little of the salt.
Add salt to taste. Once the ketchup is completely ready, add the remaining spices.
Try it, it's a superb recipe. I got it from mom, who used to make it for us for years.
