  • vinegar - 2 tbsp.
  • white wine - 2 tbsp.
  • butter - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • black pepper - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 pinch
  • bay leaf - 1 pc.

How to make

Peel an onion, finely chop it and stew it in 2 tablespoons of butter for 15 minutes.

Add the vinegar, black pepper, bay leaf, wine and continue to simmer until the vinegar and wine evaporate.

Then add ketchup, add sugar and salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Finally, add the remaining butter.
