How to make
Smear the chicken generously with butter, sprinkle with salt, black pepper and paprika on all sides.
Peel the potatoes and chop them coarsely. Stick the chicken on the beer bottle from the hind end so that the top comes out of its neck.
Place the bottle with chicken in a tray, distribute the potatoes around it, after sprinkling them with oil and seasoning with salt and black pepper.
Once the beer starts to boil, it's going to start basting the chicken and flavoring it even more. Bake at the lower element in a 390°F (200 °C) oven for 1 1/2 hours to a golden crust.
Serve the roast chicken with the potato garnish. A classic and delicious dish!
