How to make
Put the butter, mustard, lemon juice and black pepper in a suitable container.
Stir everything very well and smear the chicken inside and out with this mixture.
Then stick it onto a glass bottle filled with water.
Put the chicken on the bottle in a deep tray, arrange the coarsely chopped potatoes around it.
Pour in 1 cup water, salt to taste and bake in a moderate oven about 1 hour.
