How to make
Cut the washed zucchini into round slices. Sprinkle them with salt and leave them to drain.
Chop the dill finely, without the stems. Beat the egg with 1/2 cup water. Add the flour and stir until you obtain a thick mixture. Add the chopped dill and stir.
Dip each zucchini slice in the mixture and fry until golden in heated oil. Drain onto paper towels.
Chop the garlic finely and add it to the yoghurt. Serve with the zucchini.
