How to make
First, cut the zucchini through the middle and then lengthwise. If they're larger, cut them into smaller piece if you like.
Salt them and leave in a tilted tray to drain.
Turn the grill on to heat up.
Sprinkle the zucchini with a little olive oil and stir well. Cook on the grill on both sides.
Make a marinade of the vinegar, pressed garlic, oil or olive oil, sugar, salt and finely chopped dill.
Stir well and pour it over the zucchini.
They're the perfect appetizer for brandy.
