How to make
Peel the garlic and mash it to a paste.
Start beating it with a mixer and gradually pouring in oil. You need to get a fluffy caviar. If you find that you need more oil, pour in more.
Then put the dry bread slice in water and add it to the mixture, plus a little vinegar, salt and the ground walnuts.
Stir everything very well.
Put it in a plate and optionally, decorate with an olive or pickle on top - however you like.
