  • zucchini - 3 - 4
  • eggs - 1 - 2
  • breadcrumbs - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • feta cheese - 6 oz (175 g) fresh
  • salt - to taste
  • spices - 1 tsp, dry, for veggies
  • thyme
  • dill - 1 tsp, dry
  • oil - 2 - 3 tbsp

How to make

Wash and cut the zucchini into round slices.

Beat the eggs. Mix the dry spices together.

Put baking paper in a wide oven dish. Cut the fresh feta cheese into squares about the size of the zucchini slices.

Take 2 zucchini slices and put a piece of feta in between them.

Dip them in egg and roll in the dry mixture. Arrange these zucchini sandwiches in the oven dish.

Sprinkle with oil and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven for about 30 min.

Serve in a plate while still warm.
