How to make
Boil the potatoes and mash them. Add the vegetable mix (boil it a bit beforehand to soften), crumbled feta cheese, flour, finely chopped parsley, the spices and eggs.
Stir the mixture well and form meatballs 3″ (8 cm) in diameter. Roll each meatball in flour.
Arrange them in an oven dish, laid out with baking paper and smeared with a little oil. Smear the meatballs with oil on top and bake at 390°F (200 °C) until they gain a golden crust.
