How to make
Boil the exiting carrots for the filling. Cut the pickles and carrots into strips. Knead the mince with 2 bread slices soaked in milk, the finely chopped spices and 2 eggs.
Then lay out the mixture onto a floured board. You can also use baking paper to make it easier to roll it up. Arrange the boiled eggs, carrots and pickles on top of the mince.
Roll it up and place it in an oiled oven dish. Sprinkle with a little flour and smear with an egg yolk. Put it in a preheated 370°F (190°C) oven and bake for 1 hour 15 min.
