"These Country-Style Pitas are so good, you won`t need a main course. Roll up your sleeves, they`re super easy to make. Bon appetit!"

Ingredients

  • yoghurt - 1 cup
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • baking soda - 1/2 tsp
  • feta cheese - 1 cup (hard, grated)
  • ham - 1 cup (or sausages, salami, grated)
  • flour - 2 cups

How to make

Combine all the ingredients, except the ham, and stir.

Divide the resulting dough into balls. Roll out each ball into a small sheet, put grated ham in the middle of each.

You can also add cheese if you like. Fold each sheet in 2 and press the edges together so they stick.

Fry the pitas in an oiled pan under a lid.
