  • eggs - 4
  • feta cheese - 4 oz (120 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • black pepper - 1 tsp
  • mustard - 1 tbsp
  • salt - to taste (I don't add any)

How to make

Soft-boil the eggs - 3 min. after the water comes to a boil.

Peel them, put them in a blender with the remaining ingredients, without the salt, and blend. Try it and if needed, add salt to taste.

Use this spectacular and healthy pâté to smear your toast for breakfast or smear bread slices and bake in the oven.
