How to make
Peel the potatoes, grate them coarsely, pour cold water over them in a bowl and leave them for 10 min. Drain them well in a colander, put them onto a paper towel to absorb the excess moisture.
Transfer them to a bowl again, add the eggs, grated onion head, salt to taste, black pepper, finely chopped fresh parsley and grated cheese.
Stir well with a fork. Form 8 oval potato pancakes in a wide oven dish onto baking paper using a tablespoon.
Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for 20 min., then take them out onto a plate. Make a dairy sauce from the yoghurt, pressed garlic clove, finely chopped dill and salt to taste. Serve warm with the sauce.
Dip the potato pancakes in the sauce and enjoy. If you're tired of the classic potato pancakes, then you're absolutely going to love these!
