Ingredients

  • processed cheese - different kinds
  • phyllo pastry - fine sheets
  • oil - for frying and smearing the sheets
  • starch - 1 tbsp, wheat
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4
  • black pepper
  • garlic - powdered
  • salt
  • spices - to taste
  • jam - blueberry
  • sweet and sour sauce - equal amounts ketchup, soy sauce and honey

How to make

Cut the processed cheese slices in half horizontally. Smear a phyllo pastry sheets with oil and divide it into 4. Wrap the processed cheese pieces in them to form packets, so they don't spill out.

For the breading: Dilute the starch and baking powder with a little water. Add the beaten eggs, black pepper, powdered garlic and salt. Add other spices to taste as well. Dip the packets in the egg mixture and fry in highly heated oil until golden.

Serve with blueberry jam and sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy!
