How to make
Pour the contents of the vanilla pudding packets into a bowl, add the sugar and about 2/5 cup (100 ml) cold milk. Stir well.
Put the milk to boil on the stove, then take it off and add the dissolved pudding in a thin trickle, while stirring nonstop. Return to the heat and boil, stirring until thickened. Take it off the stove and add 1 tbsp butter, stirring energetically until it melts.
Pour a little of the pudding at the bottom of an oven dish and distribute it out evenly. Cut each wafer into 4 pieces and arrange a layer of wafers on top of the pudding.
Pour more pudding over them and continue with a 2nd layer of wafer pieces.
Finish off with pudding, sprinkle ground walnuts and grated chocolate at the very top.
Leave the dessert in the fridge overnight.
