How to make
Add the pudding, sugar and vanilla into a pot. By stirring continuously, add the cold milk to dissolve the pudding.
Place the pot over medium heat and boil until it thickens.
In a rectangular tray arrange a row of biscuits dipped briefly in the compote juice. Pour 1/3 of the cream over the biscuits.
Next up is a second row of biscuits, cream, a third row of biscuits and the remaining cream.
Place the tray in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving.
Before serving, sprinkle the biscuit cake with grated chocolate or grinded nuts.
The biscuit cake with vanilla pudding is ready.
