How to make
Cut the meat into pieces and saute them in the olive oil. Add the sliced onions as well.
Stir occasionally and pour in a little water. Add the chopped mushrooms and wine.
Season with black pepper and paprika and stir well. Distribute the resulting mixture into clay pots and put a chili pepper on top in each.
Bake in a moderate oven until ready. Once they're ready, sprinkle with chopped parsley.
