How to make
Season the steaks with salt and black pepper. Smear the saj with butter. Arrange the steaks on the saj.
Clean the onions, peel the mushrooms and grate them on a fine grater.
Smear the steaks generously with mayonnaise. Arrange the onions and mushrooms on top, sprinkle with mayonnaise.
Put the saj in the oven and heat it up. Bake until the steaks are ready.
Arrange slices of tomato on top and bake another 5 min.
Before you take the saj out, sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake until it melts.
