How to make
Mix the water and sugar in a wide pot. Put them on the stove and stir until the sugar melts.
Add the citric acid, walnuts, raspberry syrup and lower the heat. Pour in the starch (best if diluted in a little water) and stir very quickly with a wooden spoon.
Stir until thickened. Remove from the heat and pour it into a suitable tray laid out with paper.
Spread it out with a wet spoon and shape it. Once cooled and hardened, cut it into cubes and roll these in powdered sugar.
