How to make
Make a mixture of the eggs, milk, carbonated water, oil and melted butter. Divide up the phyllo pastry sheets into groups of 5.
Arrange 5 phyllo pastry sheets on top of one another, while smearing each with 3-4 tbsp of the mixture. Smear the 5th sheet as well and put coarsely crumbled feta on the short side of the sheets.
Wrap them into rolls and arrange in an oven dish with baking paper. You should get about 3 rolls. Cut them into the desired pieces with a sharp knife.
Smear with the remaining mixture and bake in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
