How to make
Dissolve the yeast and sugar in warm water and leave them until they begin to foam. In a deep bowl, pour the milk, salt, egg, vinegar and oil. Add the flour, yeast and gradually knead a soft dough.
Leave it to rise in a buttered oven dish until tripled in volume. Oil your hands and form small balls, arrange them in the buttered oven dish.
Sprinkle them with feta cheese and leave to rise again for 20 min. In the meantime, braise 1 tbsp flour and 2 pinches savory in hot oil.
While it's still warm, pour it over the risen buns and put them in a preheated 370°F (190 °C) oven. Bake until reddened, then smear with butter and cover with a towel for 15 min.
