How to make
Dice the chicken meat. Pour the beer over it, add spices according to taste.
Whip the eggs, dip each cube of chicken meat in them and then roll well in the breadcrumb and cornflake mixture. Dip again in the eggs and fry in highly preheated oil.
Garnish with lemon slices.
You can garnish these bites with garlic sauce, soy sauce or tartar sauce.
