Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • mushrooms - 7 oz (200 g)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • white wine - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
  • potatoes - 3 - 4
  • zucchini - 1
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to make

Cut the meat into small cubes. Saute them in a little oil.

Add the finely chopped onion. After a few min., add the chopped mushrooms as well.

Sprinkle with the flour, add the spices, pour in the wine and about 1 1/5 cups (300 ml) water. After about 10 min., remove from the stove.

Cut the potatoes and zucchini into round slices. Place them in a buttered oven dish in a circular arrangement, alternating between them.

Pour the meat with the sauce in the middle. Bake the dish at 390°F (200 °C) for 35-40 min. Take it out and sprinkle with grated cheese and fresh parsley.
