  • butter - 4/5 cup (200 g)
  • sugar - 4/5 cup (200 g)

  • milk - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • lemon zest - of 1 lemon
  • essence - 1, lemon, liquid
  • lemon sugar - 1 packet
  • vanilla - 2
  • salt - 1 pinch

How to make

Beat the eggs very well with the sugar, then add the milk.

Activate the yeast with a little warm milk, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour. Knead a soft and stretchy dough from all the ingredients.

Hit it on the counter 25 times. Leave it to rise in a warm area, then divide it into 6 parts. Roll out 3 of the balls into sheets and smear them with jam, roll them up and form wicks.

Form a weave from the 3 wicks. Do this for the other 3. Smear a cake form with oil and a little flour and place the 1st of the weaves in it.
