How to make
Peel the mushrooms and wash them. Cut them into slices.
Toast the flour until golden. Melt the butter in a suitable container and add the mushrooms. Saute them until softened.
Add the flour and stir nonstop. Pour the water in a thin trickle, while still stirring.
Cook until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, ground black pepper and a pinch of curry.
Add 1-2 bay leaves and serve.
