How to make
First, sift the flour with the salt in a large container. In a larger bowl, activate the yeast with 2/3 cup (150 ml) milk, 1 tbsp sugar and 1 tbsp flour.
Once the yeast is ready and you've beaten the eggs with the rest of the ingredients, knead a not-too-hard dough. Cover it and leave it in a warm area to rise. Divide the dough into 3 parts, make one of them smaller than the others.
Divide each of the larger parts into 2, roll out each one into a sheet. Put 1 sheet on top of the other, smear one of them with oil or butter. Roll them up together and cut the resulting roll into as many triangles as desired (I cut out 7). Repeat this for the other 2 sheets - I got 7 triangles again.
Arrange all of the triangles in a flower arrangement in a large oven dish. Roll out a sheet from the small piece of dough, smear it with butter and wrap into a roll. Cut out thin rolls about 1/2″ (1 cm) thick and arrange them in the center of the loaf like another flower. Leave the loaf to rise and smear it with the beaten together egg, milk and oil.
Optionally, sprinkle with seeds and bake in a preheated oven. The large white hearts are also an optional decoration - dry them in the oven.
