How to make
Whip the eggs with the sugar to a creamy mixture, add the oil and milk. Sift the flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Add them to the egg mixture and stir until homogenized.
Clean, peel and cut the apples into crescents. Smear a 11″ (28 cm) diameter baking form with butter and put baking paper in it.
Pour in half the cake mixture, arrange half the apple pieces randomly on top and sprinkle with the remaining mixture.
Arrange the rest of the apples at the very top, sprinkle with ground walnuts and put it in the fridge at 340°F (170 °C) for about 45 min.
Once the cake is ready, leave it for another 10 min. with the oven turned off, then take it out, cool and remove the baking paper from the form as well. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut it into slices.
