How to make
Beat the egg and sugar to fluffy cream. Extinguish the baking soda in the yoghurt. Add the oil and yoghurt to the egg mixture. Add the flour to the mixture while sifting. Stir slightly.
Peel the apples and cut them into medium-sized pieces or grate them - I prefer to be able to feel them. Chop the walnuts coarsely. Add them to the mixture. Add the cinnamon as well and stir by hand.
Pour it into a tray laid out with baking paper. I arranged biscuits on top - you can skip this step.
Bake at 360°F (180 °C) for about 30 min.
