How to make
Prepare the filling by putting the finely crumbled feta cheese in a bowl and adding the yoghurt, sour cream, mayonnaise and very finely chopped cucumber to it.
Smear one of the pancakes with part of the filling. Place some finely chopped pieces of jerky on top and sprinkle with finely chopped fresh dill.
Place another pancake on top, smear with filling, sprinkle with dill and pieces of jerky.
Stack the 3 pancakes on top of each other in this way. Roll them up together into a tight roll.
Cut them into pieces with a sharp knife and arrange the resulting bites into a plate on top of washed and dried lettuce leaves.
