How to make

Pour the flour in a bowl. In the middle, add the dry yeast, salt and sugar. Stir with a fork in order to mix all the dry ingredients. Add the egg, water and oil, knead a dough and leave it in a warm area for 30 min. to rise.

In the meantime, cut the apples in 2, remove the seeds, then cut them into crescents. Peel half of one apple and dice it in a bowl, mix it with the sugar, cinnamon and cranberries.

Roll out the ready dough thinly, like a pizza crust, and place it in a buttered oven dish. On top, arrange the sliced apples in a circle, put apple cubes in the middle.
