How to make
In suitable deep bowl, beat the cream with the cottage cheese, eggs and sugar. To them, gradually add the sifted flour, raising agent and finely grated lemon peel.
Mix the mixture until uniform. Wash raisins with hot water, and add them to other products. Stir again to distribute equally.
Pour the mixture into a pre-greased oven dish and bake for about 35 minutes in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven.
