  • eggs - 4
  • cooking cream - 2/3 cup (150 ml), liquid
  • flour - 2 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • oil

  • dill
  • garlic - 2 cloves
  • salmon - 7 oz (200 g), smoked, sliced thinly
measures

How to make

Saute the spinach in a little oil, strain and put it in a bowl. Add the cream, flour, salt, black pepper, egg yolks and mash.

Beat the egg whites to snow and add them to the spinach mixture. Stir carefully with a spatula.

Put baking paper in an oven dish and grease it. Pour the mixture into it and distribute it evenly. Bake in a preheated 390°F (200 °C) oven for about 15 min.

Invert the layer onto a sheet of paper and while still warm, separate it from the baking paper. Wait for it to cool and then cut it into the desires shapes.

Stir the Philadelphia with the chopped garlic and dill. Assemble the bites. Place a layer, Philadelphia mixture and so on, as high as you want them. Finish off with Philadelphia and a piece of salmon.
