How to make
Cut the chicken legs in half. Clean the onions and carrots, cut the carrot into round slices, the onion into crescents.
Put the meat in an oven dish, pour on the olive oil and sprinkle with salt, black pepper and smoked paprika. Distribute the onions and carrots around the meat.
Pour in the vegetable broth and put it in a preheated 360°F (180 °C) oven to bake for 30 min.
Take the semi-cooked meat out, drain the green beans from the liquid and put them in the oven dish, add the garlic, season with a little salt and black pepper once again, stir carefully. Return to the oven at the same temperature for another 15 min. or until ready.
