How to make
Mix the crumbled biscuits with the softened butter. Form a layer from the resulting mixture at the bottom of a form. Leave it in the fridge to harden. Soak 2/3 of the gelatin in 3 tbsp water, until it swells, then melt it in a water bath.
Mash the cream cheese, add 2 tbsp sugar, 2 eggs, half the sour cream and gelatin. Stir the mixture until fluffy and pour it over the cake layer. Leave the dessert in the fridge until the cream gels. In the meantime, soak the remaining gelatin in 1-2 tbsp water and melt it in a water bath.
Melt the chocolate in a water bath as well. Beat the remaining eggs with the remaining sugar and add the cream, chocolate and gelatin. Distribute the mixture onto the first cream that gelled and return the dessert to the fridge.
