How to make
Turn the oven to 350°F (175 °C). Sift the flour in a bowl and stir with the salt and baking soda, cocoa, sugar and vanilla.
Gradually add the oil, water and vinegar. Finally, stir well with the walnuts. You can also add raisins if desired or other dried fruits.
Pour the mixture into a tray or cake form that you've laid out with baking paper. Put it to bake for about 30-35 min. Check if it's ready with a toothpick.
Leave the baked cake to cool and cut it. Pour the glaze over it, made from the melted together cocoa, sugar, oil and water.
