How to make
Boil 1 cup of water with 1 teaspoon coffee and after it settles, strain it.
Heat the honey slowly and dilute it with the coffee. Add the sugar, baking soda, a little cinnamon and cloves, walnuts and flour to the mix. Mix well, put it into a form with baking paper and bake in a 360°F (180 °C) oven for an extended period.
Check its readiness with a stick, and if it begins to burn, put foil on top. Cut the cooled layer carefully into 2-3 separate layers and stick them together with jam, marmalade or lean cream of your choice.
Stick chopped walnuts on the sides. On top, along the edges, make florets of vegetable cream using an icing piping syringe and in the middle, pour in a little melted chocolate with water.
