"Some people like to buy muffin cups but we prefer investing in a clay pot, where we`ll be making the most fragrant pork ever."

Ingredients

  • pork steaks - 6
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 3 tbsp
  • black pepper
  • salt
  • curry - 1 tsp
  • mushrooms - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cooking cream - 1 cup (250 ml)
  • flour - 1 tbsp
  • water - 1/2 cup
measures

How to make

Tenderize the steaks with a mallet. In a bowl, mix the mustard, mayonnaise and spices. Smear the steaks with the resulting mixture and put them in the fridge for a few hours.

Pour a little oil in the pan and braise the steaks briefly on both sides. Arrange them in a clay pot.

In the same pan, saute the chopped mushrooms. Once they begin to change color, pour in the cream and leave them to come to a boil.

Dilute the flour with the water and add it to the mushrooms. Stir well and pour this over the steaks. Cover the clay pot and cook at 430°F (220 °C) for about 30-35 min.
